Delivery will be set up by appoiment, an adult has to be present to sign receipt of delivery. If customer can not be there he or she will need to call 24 Hrs prior to cancel or a $50.00 fee will be charged.
Delivery is a curtesy and you are not been charge for it, delivery will be to your front door unless you have paid for the product assembly charge. If you the customer lives on top of a hill or there is a need to go upstears where there is no car access for delivery, an extra $50.00 to $75.00 charge will be imposed for the extra work. The standard Curbside Drop-Off delivery with no assembly for cities in the 30 mile radius of zip code 95380. Curbside deliveries means the delivery will be made curbside. You are responsible for moving your furniture into your home or business.
There is a $50 fee for items that need to be picked up for an exchange.
Please note: Minimum purchase of $150.00 is required for FREE DELIVERY.

Delivery is also available to local areas outside of the 40 mile radius including Bay and Sacramento area at a reasonable price. To find out delivery coast to your area just contact us by email. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS We ship through the manufacturer. Every order will be processed within 2-3 business days. After the order processed the goods will be loaded to our delivery trucks and delivered some products will take from 5 to 10 work days. Only in rare cases some products may be temporarily "OUT OF STOCK" due to its high turnover. Items however go into a backorder status immediately. If perhaps this uncommon situation occurs we will notify you whitin the next 24 hrs of your order. The buyer then has a choice of a refund or to wait for an estimated restocking date.
Assembly Support If you need help with assembly we can help you at an
additional fee, $50 one item $75 for a set included but not limited to Dining set, Living room set and Bedroom Sets. If you order more than one Set and need help with assembly for all sets the second set will be charge separetly at discount price of $50 each.

Product Arrives Damaged
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us.
Our delivery team will place the items in the front of your door. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items. You will receive a copy to keep for your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. Most items require light assembly. iGetfurniture's delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any items and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 3 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 3 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery
Returns Policy
Leading Online Furniture Store
As with any online furniture store, there may be slight discrepancies between the depiction of the furniture item you purchase and its actual appearance. Please be aware that colors can vary on different computer monitors. As a result, your furniture item may have a slightly different hue than depicted on your screen. Customers should also be aware that natural items like leather, wood, and stone can have slightly different hues, grains, and textures from one item to the next. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within three days of delivery. Products may only be returned that have not been used or installed
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once delivered and accepted, items are returnable within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s) and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the inventory charges. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in the original factory packaging. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
